any STOCK ( or bunch of stocks ), and then when it is time to SELL
they just SHUFFLE THAT STOCK UP A LITTLE BIT, ( bringing up
the HEAT on it )... and soon as the HEAT RISES on that stock, everyone
sells it, SETTING  A CHAIN REACTION in that stock and sending it
LOWER and LOWER, the stock can fall from $150 to $90 and then when
it stays at $90 for a while, they know this is when they get out.

so the stock behaves as if it is $90 while it's true value is
somewhere
at $140 or so... and they know this because they started the SHUFFLING
at $140+ or $150+......

SEC knows this but they wont do anything, and they work with SEC
i just read in the news HEDGE FUND STAFF actually gets employeed
by SEC.

if you know what this article really means, you can probably get hired
by SEC because anyone who knows this secret is usually hired by SEC

they do not like this secret being out.

Just considering a few things:

* $1B in cash, zero debt (for a company with only $1.4B in market cap,
that´s a lot - it would have been like Apple had $120B in cash).
* P/E of 12.5 (half that of the average software company) and forward
P/E of 13. This forward P/E dosn´t indicate any earnings growth,
however, what if the predictions among analysts are wrong - like they
were last quarter, and NOVL continued to beat the current estimates
for the next three quarters also by 50%. Then forward P/E would be
only about 8-9.
* earnings growth of about 25% from 2008 to 2009 (similar as Apple or
Google).
* earnings DID after all beat analysts by 50%
* Lots of important IP/assets, in worst case an attractive takeover
for several companies (as many companies can afford the current market
cap).
* Jim Cramer recommend to sell this stock, which is a good thing,
because he´s statistically been proven to be more wrong than right in
his predictions
* Compare with Red Hat Linux, which has P/E of 35 and forward P/E of
42.5x, while similar cash pile, they nevertheless have $5.4B market
cap. Price-to-book is about three times higher for RHT than NOVL.

Based on all this I think Novl should maybe be trading at something
like $10. Maybe it will in a few years. I´ve no idea where it will go
over the next months or next year, but it looks pretty good as a long
term investment.
