Novell is moving up, why?  My guess is that there is speculation on the future of Novell. They will either buy some sigificant property with the billion that they have, or they are an inviting target.... I think they will spend their money adding a nice property that will blend with what they are doing with Linux. Any thoughts out there about the future of Novell? NOVL building an incredible base at $4  NOVL continues to amaze me. Their partnership with Microsoft is a positive, and they continue to get rave reviews of inter-operable Linux & openSUSE. This is the future..... and between $4 & $4.20 they are building a solid foundation for a leap to $6+. IBM takeover target?  When Oracle bought SUN, the game changed for these guys, I believe that Novell is a prime takeover target from IBM. My comments are not without merit, and this isn't the first time you have read about this. Novell is adrift, trying to find a place for their SUSE Linux to take root.
