It seems there is some hanky panky going on.Why is the Board diving
into this ridiculously low purchase price? The way it looks from here,
these people must have been offered large bonuses to sell at such a
low price or the books have been fried and this would be a way to dump
everything before a major investigation or Parallel is in more trouble

hi guys,

so when plll gets bought out, do the shareholders have the option of
keeping their shares still or must they
take the offer and sell their shares? this is my first time dealing
with this sort of situation.

Basically the class action suit is that they sold PLLL for too low of
a cost, at least for the shareholders. Looking at the 52 week high of
11.50, selling at 3.15 seemed low based on its potential.

I kind of agree on this point, I feel a price of more around 5 dollars
would have been more of a fair value.

Apparently a class action suit has been initiated against PLLL's
management. Does anyone know what the dis/advantages are of joining
the class action?

TEC now skyrocketing towards $ 1 and then $ 2

PLLL Is a very volatile stock but a good company. Back in 2003 it
acted much like its acting today. Afterwards it went up to $23, so
its possible that we'll see that kind of growth again
