That doesn't really respond to the question I asked, but thanks for
the observation.

Oh whoop-di-do. If I hang on long enough, it will finally make it up
to what I paid for it? That's like saying if get sick enough, I'll
eventually get down to a healthy weight.

I think I'll be money ahead if I sell it and take the loss to offset
some income.

Anyway, thanks for your optimistic assessment.
