The drop of the stock has mostly been caused by other economic factors
(e.g. the housing market). So the stock price is at this time a weak
indicator of the potential of People's.

Although Peoples denies the possiblity of being bought out, it is very
realistic to think that it can still happen. In the case Peoples
remains independent, give the stock some time and it will return to
$20.
