I think gold and AEM will sell off during December as people book
profits, take losses and reduce their exposure. AEM may trade back
below $60 where I will be a buyer.

Any thoughts on a buy price for AEM? It sold off to ~$51 after
earnings and has bounced up to $65. I'd like to add some gold to my
portfolio but don't want to buy up here. I'm thinking buying some
under $60 would be a good place to start. If it goes lower, buy more.

Subject: JERRIT CANYON GOLD MILL: MYNG UP 22% YESTERDAY
USA OTCBB NEWS, November 5, 2009: Again another buoyant session
showing increasing volume of shares traded for MYNG up 22% yesterday.
Golden Eagle has good chances of winning the lawsuit for up to $40
million placed against the current owners of the Jerritt Canyon gold
mill, Yukon Nevada Gold (TSX:YNG) and Queenstake Resources USA.

The lawsuit is in effect in the State of Nevada for misappropriation
of gold sales from toll refining for Newmont, deceit and deceptive
business with multiple vendors, and the omission to disclose their
true financial situation that results in owing more than $12 million
in vendor debt, and has resulted in the termination of 435 employees
during August 2008.

The claim concludes that Queenstake USA and Yukon no longer have any
credit or respectability among the vendors, suppliers, consultants,
former employees or contractors in Nevada and would therefore have to
rely on Golden Eagle’s clean slate in northern Nevada to incur
additional debt and commitments on which they would default.
Queenstake USA that had so damaged the reputation of Jerritt Canyon by
not paying suppliers and vendors that Golden Eagle had to repair
relationships and make extraordinary arrangements for coal, soda ash,
propane and other critical supplies that were fundamental to the
mill’s functioning.

Wasn't Jim Cramer sweet on Agnico? That's a pity to see it tank it
like that...   I recall the days when enraged investors would scrawl
Cramer's name in vain after a nasty miss. I guess no one takes him
seriously any more. Don't tell the network...

THIS IS AN AMAZING PICK

An exerpt:

Linear has a fully funded joint venture agreement with Everton
Resources for the three properties it owns, one such property is
merely 300 meters from the westernmost Arroyo Hondo pit of the La
Lechoza prospect on the northern portion of the Ampliacion Pueblo
Viejo concession located in central Dominican Republic, near the
Pueblo Viejo 22.4 million ounce gold deposit being mined jointly by
Barrick Gold Corporation and Goldcorp. Site exploration programs are
funded by Everton to the completion of a feasibility study. In May
2009, the Dominican Republic governmental mining agency re-granted to
Everton and Linear a new exploration permit that will run for 3
additional years with a 2-year extension upon the operator's request
(potentially to 2014). The last two properties covered under Linear's
joint venture agreement are the Finca Miniel and Montenegro North
targets, both located due north of the Pueblo Viejo gold project's
Montenegro pit.

Spot gold spike about $12 and AEM tracks the gold price pretty
closely.

Stronger dollar - in two words. Gold, like any internationally-traded
commodity, is fairly sensitive to currency movement.

As for getting out - if you believe that, longer term, the dollar will
weaken against other major world currencies (like the Euro & GBP)
which, given the national debt & public spending projections, it
likely will, then you'll probably want to hold your commodities
positions.
