If and when Oracle gets its act together, do you think the PPS will
ever get back up to where I can sell this corpse and not loose money?

It strikes me that the market is pricing in a reduced takeover price
of $9 a share and a time horizon of Jan 2010. Jim Cramer has said
sell, sell, sell each time he was asked on the show over the last
several months and he was right, right, right. My other arb, CYCL,
looks like it will work out. MySQL is better off, IMO, with Oracle and
Oracle's deep pockets behind it than on its own.

CIT announces a contingency plan. As soon as the courts approve CIT's
Bankrupty plan the federal government will give a 2nd bailout. This is
what happened to General Motors. Ticker GM now MTLQQ. This is great
news for the entire economy.
