If and when Oracle gets its act together, do you think the PPS will

It strikes me that the market is pricing in a reduced takeover price
of $9 a share and a time horizon of Jan 2010. Jim Cramer has said sell, sell, sell each time he was asked on the show over the last several months and he was right, right, right. CIT announces a contingency plan. As soon as the courts approve CIT's
