Summary:
On the long term chart, Allegheny Energy, is in an uptrend.  It does
appear at this very second to be in a consolidation period.  Time will
tell if it breaks down or not.  AYE is in a trading range between
roughly 50 and 55.  If you are a momentum trader, you can get in close
to the 50 dollar level so long as the volume is less on that type of
pullback.
