The main crook and scumbag here is Sheila Bair. She and JPM struck an
insider deal to hand over WAMU to JPM for pocket change. She is in bed
with JPM and as long as she is in power this stock isn't going up.
It's the mighty FDIC (aka Sheila Bair) versus WAMU shareholders. No
judge is going to make any difference over here. Bair tried to do the
exact same thing to Wachovia and basically gift it off to Citi but
Wells Fargo came in at the last moment to save the day. Plus it seems
to me that this judge has already been paid off or else why would she
take so darn long to rule on a very simple matter? It is in the best
interest of JPM and Bair to keep stalling this as long as possible and
ultimately tire and drain out WMI shareholders. The is judge is simply
assisting JPM in this goal by delaying again and again.

I have 60 WMpR (now WAMPQ) pre-seizure shares that I have held onto.
I would lose the money on them and sleep peacefully if it meant that
justice was done in this case.

The main issue to me is that JPM, C, GS, WF are not going to have any
competition because they held the "ears" and "balls" of federal
regulators and continue to strengthen their presence in Washington.

I hope the judge takes her sweet time to sort this mess out as the
ruling could be a catalyst for increased public trust.  JPM needs to
take a bullet on this one, in my opinion, cause their legal rhetoric
has not fooled anyone.

Have been holding for a long time (over a year).  Should of sold when
it was in the .30's.  Got in at just under .05 and will be holding
until the end.  If it goes down to that range again and things are
still promising, i'll buy more and continue to be patient.
Prosperity in the future of the WAMU shareholder will pay off!

Kind of starting to give up hope on this one. It may be time to just
call it a day and move on. Considering myself a swing trader, I have
already held on to this for like 4 months and have lost thousands
along the way.

Hey Zubek it looks like you were incorrect because this stock is
pretty much gone. It's gone below 0.10 now and we all know that very
very few stocks ever come back from the 0.10 barrier. Plus it looks
like your beloved judge or whatever you so affectionately like to call
her...i.e. HJMW has gone into hibernation for the winter.

Bair is way too sleazy and slimy and knows her way around the
political and financial arena very well. So, it would be very
difficult to get rid of her even for the Obama administration.

I know for a fact that the Tim Geithner can't stand her.

That can be true, but she hurt WAMU, she killed it and she don't give
a damn that it had enough capital to survive !

So what ! No matter she is or not she should get fired !

sell it.

Bair is rated to be the second most powerful woman in the entire
world. The number one is the head of the state of Germany. So, you
can't fire someone that powerful and influential just like that even
if you are the mighty Barack Obama. Plus like other Republicans, Bair
is also a very big supporter of the Wall Street Tycoons and big
leagues (Dimon, Blankfein, Pandit etc etc). So, she is basically
untouchable.

Still here and still holding on!! But losing my patience because the
price just keeps going down and down. Everyday when I think that it
can't possibly go much lower - - IT DOES!! This judge really needs to
get up on her butt and rule.

I have a feeling this stock is infested with speculators and they are
ones who are really in control. It isn't the judge or anyone else.
