Japanese people are heavy consumers of coffee, but chinese people are
heavy tea drinkers. Unless Starbucks will serve tea as well as coffee
in China, I just don't know how it go

I put together a model with some single digit sales growth and nominal
margins going forward. It seems that they are worth more like $24 to
$25. If recent price increases and lower milk prices have more impact
than my assumptions, shares could be worth more.

Starbucks is no longer a growth story. Google Finance shows a PE ratio
of 55.3 for SBUX. Unemployment is still rising and lofty earnings
estimates alone cannot counter today's economic reality. From a low
of $7 to $17.75 I view SBUX today as overpriced.

So I've been waiting for the entry as SBUX has crept up with the rest
of the market. I'm just going to put it out there and say that the
stock's current level isn't sustainable based on a P/E of 126 and a
