This is the best possible news that could come out of Sprint. As long
as they don't screw up the pricing on WiMax (Xohm) data plans, they
will dominate the wireless data market. As far as I know, there is no
competition to WiMax and Intel is a strong backer for this new
standard. From what has been reported thusfar, Intel will be including
WiMax in it's Centrino 2 mobile computing branding as well as it's MID
and UMPC platforms. If this holds true, the future is bright for both
Sprint AND Intel.
