AS WE CAN SEE FROM WHAT WAS REPORTED RECENTLY ON CNBC ..

LEHMAN IS TRYING TO SELL WHATEVER IT CAN .. APPARENTLY IT MIGHT END UP
IN A 3 WAT DEAL BUT BOFA IS STILL HESITANT BECAUSE THEY FEEL THAT GOVT
SHOULD PROVIDE SOME SORT OF GURANTEE LIKE IT DID TO JPM.

BOFA IS STILL DIGESTING CFC AND FOR THEM TO TAKE ON SOMETHING LIKE
THAT AGAIN ... I DUNO .. SEEMS LIKE LITTLE BIT TOO MUCH UNLESS GOVT
PROVIDE EXPLICIT GUARANTEE.

IF THE GOVT DOES NOT AND BOFA BACKS OUT . THEN THERE IS A POSSIBILITY
GOVT MIGHT JUST BACK STOP IT. BUT LEH CERTAINLY WANTS TO AVOID THAT.
EITHER WAY I THE STOCK IS DONE. THERE MIGHT BE A POP DUE TO SHORT
COVERING BUT OTHER THAN THAT THIS STOCK DOESNT EVEN HOLD A $5 VALUE.

EVEN THE BEST PART OF THERE COMPANY -  NEWBB COUDNT CATCH A BID .. OR
THEY WOULD HAVE EASILY ANNOUNCED IT IN THE LAST 2 DAYS.. WHEN THE
STOCK WENT DIVING DOWN ...

TODAY EXPECT A LOT OF SHORT SELLING ONCE THE STOCK HIT $5 & ABOVE.
KEEP AN EYE ON OPTIONS.
