Subject: What would happen to my stock if Sun-Times is bought over while in bankruptcy?
Hi,

Can someone tell me what would happen to my stock at Sun-times media
which is under bankruptcy porceedings at the moment if it is bought
over, say by Chicago financier James Tyree as is rumored? i have
42,000 shares at $0.36 and the stock currently is trading at $0.02.
Will my stocks be worth anything if there is a buy out?

Appreciate some insight or help on this. Thank you.

Andy

Ouch man. I'm in at about 6K shares myself, and I'm not sure either.

I've been looking into what happened when Kmart when bankrupt back in
'02 to see if I can draw some parallels, because I know a lot of
people made money when the stock went much higher after it was $.05.

I hope this helps you in any way, and I'll try to find out more and
post it here. If you or anyone reading finds out more please do the
same.

Rusel
