The  $3  was  the  jan  dividend ,  {BPT  is  quarterly}  and  the
$2+  would  be  the  april  (2nd  quarter  although  not  yet  noted

The  chart  info  uses  the  current div   multiplied  by  4  for
the  quarterlies  or  12  for  the  usual  canadian  like  pgh  or
erf  who  pay  monthly ,   then  divide  by  the  current  price  for
the  rate .
If   you  want  REAL  %  rate  you  have  to  add  up  all  the
payments  for  the  previous  year
( which  are  rarely  the  same )   and  divide  by  the  current
price .
