  World oil production has an annual natural decline rate of 4 million &lt;br&gt; barrels per day. Saudi Arabia produces about 9 million Bbls/day. So, &lt;br&gt; in effect, the world will have to find every 2 years new production &lt;br&gt; equal to Saudi Arabia to offset the world&#39;s natural decline rate. &lt;br&gt; Where will this new production come from?
