Subject: What will happen to Oct. 1 and after
Hi,

any guesses where will go FRNTQ stock today and these few days to Oct.
1? And why?

What will happen with our shares after Oct. 1? Will they be converted
RJET shares and with what conversion rate?

Thanks.

If you read the investor page at Frontier's website, they say there is
no firm indication that stocks will have value, however it does not
say that they will dissolve.  My understanding is that they will
remain traded: but no one seems to have a great answer.

As far as the price, despite the fact the profit was less about profit
and more about scale backs, I think that we'll see a bounce back if
the stock remains out past the 1st.

Well, i notice that republic also bought out midwest airlines a few
months ago. The stock is listed as private, meaning it doesnt trade. I
would think the Frntq is going pirvate, owners of shares will be
tendered an offer and you should accept it... otherwise your expected
return may be less when you factor out the litigation expense...  :) i
sold when i first heard that no compensation for stockholders was in
the tubes...perhaps after oct 1st i will look at it again..

1. No - FRNTQ will not be tradeable after Oct. 1. Stock will be
delisted.

2. http://www.frontierairlines.com/restructure/C1_Investor_FAQ.pdf

Though the above release is over a year old, it clearly states that
they "believe that the common stock will have no value" after
acquisition. While its true that the RJET offer is for 108M (over 40
times current market cap), what may remain for shareholders after debt
obligation payments is highly questionable -you likely won't even get
the closing price value. Under such circumstances, it would be
extremely prudent for all investors (esp. amatuers) to either sell and
close your positions or at least keep it to the bare minimum of what
you can afford to lose totally. Unless, you have direct information
from the law firm charged with the re-organization -http://
chap11.epiqsystems.com/clientdefault.aspx?pk=6b4c2466-
fe17-4862-974e-85c808c77495&l=1

Folks - this is no doomsday prophecy, but either you take your profits
(and losses - with ST Capital loss tax deductions) before close on
Sep. 30 or expect to lose it all, or at least be engaged in a long
drawn legal wrangle to settlement claims.

guys, please read this out - it gives a generic sense of what happens
to Q stocks when they come out of bankruptcy -- for FRNTQ, imho, i
haven't seen anything in reorg plan to commit to one way or other..

Check this out http://www.frontierairlines.com/frontier/who-we-are/investor-relation...

Good luck to those who still own shares.

Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries Frontier
Airlines and Lynx Aviation filed voluntary petitions for
reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on April
10, 2008. On April 22, 2008, trading of the Company's common stock was
suspended at the opening of business. Market makers not affiliated
with Frontier initiated limited trading on the Over-the-Counter
Bulletin Board (OTCBB) and/or the Pink Sheets. Frontier has not been
involved in initiating or supporting trading on the OTCBB or the Pink
Sheets.

On August 13, 2009, following the conclusion of a bankruptcy auction,
Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. entered into an amended investment
agreement with Republic Airways Holdings Inc., the successful bidder
and equity plan sponsor for Frontier Airlines and Lynx Aviation. Under
the agreement, Republic has agreed to serve as equity plan sponsor for
the Companies' plan of reorganization and to purchase 100% of the
equity in the reorganized company for $108.75 million.

If all conditions are met and the bankruptcy court approves our plan
of emergence, we expect to close the acquisition with Republic by the
end of September. When the acquisition is complete, Frontier Airlines
Holdings, Frontier Airlines and Lynx Aviation will become wholly owned
subsidiaries of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. and the common stock
of Frontier Airlines Holdings (FRNTQ) will be cancelled.

We cannot provide assurance as to what values, if any, will be
ascribed in our bankruptcy proceedings to our various pre-petition
liabilities and other securities.

Information about Frontier's Chapter 11 filing is available on the
Internet at FrontierAirlines.com/restructure. Court filings and claims
information are available at http://chapter11.epiqsystems.com/frontier.
