it's probably going to what was reflected in the SEC statement... the
balance sheet shows outstanding shares 36.9mn -- no par value, estimated value at $0.001 => so it might be possible that a cash payout happens at $0.001 price per share... that is the provision (total $37K) in Frontier's SEC statement for existing equity... lost quite some money on this stupid stock -- burnt my fingers and

No something else may be happening. To many large buy orders went
through before the bell and late yesterday afternoon. Costing the buyer over 80,000 on some buys; I think the stock is going to go to 2.00, open or in a couple of weeks, surly before Christmas, based on the price of RJET. They do not want their new company to fail, and because FRNTQ is no longer separate, but now part of their company they want the investors. No better way to do it, but to give them a little amount of money, and change the symbol. Some investors are going to take profit, but others are going to let it sit. That would balance the shares, as well as give Republic of Airways more shareholders. Think as a company, not an investor. This is only my personal thoughts, I may be wrong, but this is what I think. I just talked to my Scottrade manager and he says from everything he
has read, it looks like the remaining shareholders were entitled to nothing in the contracts for the acquisition of Frontier by Republic. He 'thinks' that the remaining shares will be 'wiped out' and the shareholders will be left with an empty bag. There are some good arguments in this discussion, but only time will tell. Let's just hope for the best. He also said that if anything were to happen as far as transfer of stock, change of name, payout to the shareholder, etc. it will be done automatically. Don't be too quick to prepare this as a tax write-off. I received a
call from my broker today after the market's close. He said the investment company had been in contact with RJET and Frontier and that the fate of the FRNTQ shares were still to be determined. They may be cancelled and hence a write-off, or they may be re-listed with a new ticker symbol. He did say it was unlikely they'll be swapped for RJET shares, because that type of disposition usually is pre-announced in an SEC filing and none has been released at this time.
