This is a good start at getting Nokia Siemens Network into less of a
drag on NOK's earnings. Not sure if it is enough though.

 "NokiaSiemens Networks said Tuesday it will lay off up to 5,700
workers globally as part of a move to cut annual costs by euro500
million"
