  I read the article this way. We have developed a better technology and &lt;br&gt; have no interest in NPI&#39;s technology even though we were ready to &lt;br&gt; release the sets and we are going to continue the court case and we &lt;br&gt; spent a fortune to ramp up to this point plus we are not saying what &lt;br&gt; the new technology is, where it came from or where the patents are.
