I read the article this way. We have developed a better technology and <br> have no interest in NPI's technology even though we were ready to <br> release the sets and we are going to continue the court case and we <br> spent a fortune to ramp up to this point plus we are not saying what <br> the new technology is, where it came from or where the patents are.
