MAN! the spin doctors are working overtime today......
look at the history, uptick in the AH is a sign of things to come.
AVG. .62 :)

I could try to come out here with technicals, and Harvard Type
insight,
but none of that applies now days, especially with SIRI.

(Me no Harvard, me went CC, me dig ditches part time), but know a
grand
investment when I see it so do the rest of us holding  2.8B shares.

I believe everyone expected a run up pre CC, and that would be too
telling going into Q3...... once the hard numbers are out and
evaluated
against last CC(Q2) numbers/projections, we will know which way the
PPS will go, (period).

One good idea would be to consider the impact of having the
institutions
getting on board prior to the money season(Q4). that means bringing
the
pps up to where the MM's can play and get in now or at least in the
next
few days or weeks.

I think a good TELL for the outlook moving forward, would be to see
then
piling in, and good news now might just be the push over the fence
for
getting in before the PPS goes through the roof, $min -rules- or not.

everytime the price oes up. someone sells to bid (lower, much lower)
When I daytraded I had to terminals and did this from to accounts.

I would just like to point out that we ALL expected a runup since the
stock was trading at .56-.57 just a few days ago.Today we are up
almost 10% from that point last week. For those of you who invested
$20k or more on what seemed like a sure bet just made 2k in one week,
doing very little work.

I don't know about you, but I am very happy with this. I promised
myself I would sell before the CC... but i can't do it. Maybe this is
my downfall on a string of positive trades I have had lately. I expect
that the CC will at a worst keep the price at around .60 so I have my
sell limit order set at .80, and I am hoping for great news and a
really excited investment group tomorrow and Friday.

I realize I could be DEAD wrong about this and there could be a
massive selloff taking us to the .40s or .50s but I can't help but
think this is the most UNLIKELY scenario.

Only time will tell!

I hope it doesn't drop to the .40's

I would have to go to the bank and transfer more funds by wire.

The 4th quarter is going to be a killer. I would all but bet my life
on it. Never been so sure, but I still worry about Mel and his ability
to come up with consistant one time charges that screw up the entire
quarter's efforts.
How sweet it would be for the company to simply postpone any plans
calling for a one time, and see a profitable net earnings in the 4th
quarter giving them a shred of credibility going forward.

We will double our money for sure, in the next 4 months. How often can
you say that?

Verdict is still out on the third quarter. I have no idea what is
going to happen.
