Subject: Cramer calls Sirius a "BUY" during Lightning Round 8.23.06
After dogging Sirius a day before they report their earnings, Cramer
NOW! decides that Sirius is "a good buy at $4". He continues to say,
"If Mel just gets on the phone and calls XM and makes a deal; Sirius
will hit $10".

That is the 360 move we've been talking about in our discussions (for
those who keep in touch).

I've mentioned before that Cramer was simply looking for the perfect
price to purchase Sirius before backing up the company. Which means, he
dogged Sirius. Dogged Sirius over and over and over again. Even when
there was nothing but good news about SIRI.

He has yet to mention that in April, Sirius signed a deal with Korean
carmaker Kia, adding to its pacts with Volkswagen, BMW, Ford and
Daimler Chrysler.

He has yet to mention how Sirius's net subscriber additions outpaced
XM's during the Q3, 600,460 to 398,012.

He has yet to mention how over 90 percent of Sirius' units are back in
production after the FCC regulated both companies and halted their
shipments and manufacturing of radio players.

He has yet to mention that Sirius could get a boost in late summer when
it rolls out its package of National Football League broadcasts.

Did Sirius look good to you at 3.66 on Aug. 16th, CRAMER!? You Bastard!

Believe it or not, Cramer has a big influence on investors.

I'm glad he jumped on the wagon, and hope to see a great rally in the
future for Sirius Radio (SIRI).

Wouldn't it be nice to weild that much influence in order to take
advantage of the market.   If i were Cramer i'd be telling people to
sell off Altria because nobody thinks smoking is cool anymore and Kraft
cheese isn't all that crumbelievable .. then when it drops into the
60's buy up a ton then go on the air and tell people how Altria is
great and unstoppable... sit back and watch my net worth sky rocket.

I guess i need to start yelling my opinions at everyone like he does...
louder = more accurate... right?

Yes, you'd be correct.  Look at Gateway (GTW) if you don't believe in
that current trend -  Then again I'm always hoping that the company can
live up to the hype.

Cramer hardly moves the market (it takes ALOT of buying power to move
the market, small investors are just leeches of larger investors);
besides what you speak of is 100% illegal, though most newspaper
writers do it... It's called "pump & dump". Cramer also gives what
stocks his charitable trust owns (he doesn't own any stock
personally)...as that is the law (to reveal that you would profit from
your recommendation).
