Here's an interesting quote from Mel in the FMQB article:

Karmazin downplayed the idea that his personal dislike of Ergen sent
Sirius XM to Liberty Media, telling the Post, "Charlie and I have had
our battles, but I'd do a deal with him today if he offered the right
price for the company."

This company has been for sale to the highest buyer since the merger,
according to similiar Mel statements.

Liberty is also for sale, according to similiar statements by the
management.

I think Liberty will sell as it is the gem, though at a much higher
price, of course. That will give a buyer an opportunity to capture the
$6billion in tax incentives from SIRI, strip off assets, and pocket
$billions while Malone pockets billions immediately upon the sale as
well. Malone would rather someone else buy and strip off the assets
then he do it. The money he will make just from the SIRI included sale
will make his future ancestors enough money to last for a millenium.

TC...the orbitcast <link> does work...when you 'X' out the pop-up,
then click 'refresh' and it should light up like a ballys pin-ball
machine.
