I am a long for several years and today this stock acted differently
than usual.  I am definitely worried about tommorrow.  There were no
price run up like the norm before earnings.  AH is still not
impressive.  Could Mel be keeping the things close to chest not
allowing any leaks to come out.  I know that there are some upgrades
but if no one is buying it doesn't do anything for the investors.

My hand is slightly raised...even though I'm standing on the sidelines.

I've expected for months to be nervous about nov 5 but today I'm
relaxed and ready.
I honestly have no fear about a drop.
We focus on may 7 and aug 6 cc's and expect a runup but what about mar
12?
The runup came after and it was extreme pct-wise!

Some recent activity by Mel has given me much more confidence than I
had going into aug 6.
Whether the market's reaction will be immediate is hard to say but I
fully expect to move into new, much more positive sentiment about this
company tomorrow. Mel has continued to deliver great numbers and I see
no way he'd be going on with David Faber tomorrow if he wasn't looking
to show off what he's accomplished.

Last time on, just after the merger, he said they would be cash flow
positive in the future. Faber reacted to him saying that. Tomorrow, I
think he goes there and says, see I've done what I promised.
I also think back on the talk he gave before the liberty conf call.

Just because SIRI investors got it wrong this time doesn't mean we
don't make an extreme run to over $1 in coming weeks.
They got it very wrong on Mar 12 too and the stock nearly tripled in
days.

Exactly bonees.....I personally want to be nervous but I'm not.  Most
of us have been through the almost BK and now that's off the
table....and we have been through many quarterly earnings and I guess
we have become somewhat immune.  If it drops tomorrow I will buy
more....if it goes up tomorrow I will sell some.

Those who survived the $0.05 plunge while holding onto their longs,
tomorrow will be NOTHING to worry about.

Lurking in the dark reading, I just have one comment for you all to
think about. We all have seen all the ads SIRI has placed on the
Internet, sports etc. But has anyone added in the cost of those ads?
Seems to me that stuff is not cheap and could effect the bottom line.
They have had more ads in the past quarter then in the past 4 quarters
combined (seems like it anyways). GLTA - I'm sitting this one out, too
many unknowns and no rally makes me feel like this one is going to
hurt a bit.

I have seen TONS of stocks report a killer earnings and go way up the
next day without having a previous runup. And in actuality, we did
have a small runup from .56 or so..
Like bones, I will just hold through,, it has been the right choice
since I started with this company. My price is 1.20 before I sell
anything, although I might sell enough the get a lifetime sub and the
bmw hooked up if we get to $1 ;-)
If not, I'll just have to wait. My other big stock HTE just got bought
and I made like 80%. I just sold it because it was basically 'game
over' after the buyout and it served my purpose. That freed up like
14k, some of which I can put into siri if she drops, so I got my plan!
Ultimately I feel there is more potential for good tomorrow than bad,
too many good related #s coming out; Viacom, apple, ford, nissan, 2$
fee increase, iphone app, etc.. I thing like ford and apple, Mel is
about to shock the market, maybe even moreso.
Quisp, the advertising is not cheap, and it is a balance, but you can
think of it like this also, 1) they must have had some cash to
advertise and felt it affordable 2) This advertising would have
brought in more subs, so the sacrifice is cash for subs and
personally, I don't think they would have done so much if they didn't
have the cash ;-)..
Lets see tomorrow..
