What a stupid statement, "XM radio ... worthless." May I ask what you
listen to on the radio? Then maybe I can put together why you, sir,
think it's a waste. Frankly it's pretty darn awesome, on my trip from
Delaware to Alaska I listened to Old Time Radio, Audio Books, News,
Sports, Talk Radio, Music the entire trip without having to cycle
through new unfamiliar radio stations. No dead spots until I hit
Fairbanks AK... Pretty darn worthless....

SEC DOC:

http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908937/000095012309070174/y80940e4...

This prospectus supplement relates to the resale from time to time by
selling stockholders of shares of our common stock that we may issue
to them upon the exchange of XM Satellite Radio Inc.’s 7% Exchangeable
Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014, which we refer to as the “notes.”

I posted this earlier, and then it was gone?????
don't know why, so here is the link again

You do realize Worldspace is in bankruptcy proceedings, right?  It'll
make small moves up and down, but it won't go to the teens until
you're wiped out and they emerge from bankruptcy.  If you're into
trading bankrupt companies, though, it's your skin...not mine

Actually, for the record, I think Turdy puts more things, IN his A$$
then what he takes out. He's always talking about M&M's, makes you
wonder what he does with those too.

Who knows, but something is up with this company and whatever Liberty
touches seems to turn to gold. If this stock goes to the teens or
greater, I know I'll be kicking myself. It is 110% gamble, so just
invested a little.. Crossing fingers!

When will this stock go back over 0.70. I've been holding for a loong
time. Frankly, I got xm radio in my new truck and I think its
worthless. I find I'm still listening to regular free radio. It could
be valuable if it was portable and I could use it anywhere without
buying a bunch of freaking subscriptions. They need to generate cash
elsewhere instead of nickel and dime to death. I'm ready to get out of
this dead dog and chunck my money back in Fan and Fre. PS, I've read
most of the posts about nothing.

I wouldnt recomend it.  Lots of better buys and better industrys.  It
would be risky to put all eggs into one basket.  The deal probably
wont go through, and even if it did prob not anytime soon.

TC,

Yesterday you said: "As long as we don't break .61 we will be ok..."

What is your reasoning behind the two different price targets of .60
and .61 between today and yesterday?  Why was it .61 yesterday and .60
today?

Do you use any kind of logic at all or just pull this stuff out of
your @$%?
