They now have $2b additional liability on the BS, they have higher
then normal write-downs, they diluted shares.  Stock was trading at
$7.xx before any of this.  On another note, why would anyone now pay a
50% premium to acquire them with thee stats if they could have done so
before without the ucrrent news.

No,  the stock has been on a rampage for three days now trading from
4.50 to about 6.40 before market open today.  It was bound to get sold
off sooner or later.

I bought in at 5.50 and screwed up a Limit Order which sold at 5.48
instead of 5.10 like I had planned.
Just bought in again at 4.95, but only a 1/3 as many shares as I
originally had to to the lack of money in my account.  Now I'm in at
4.00 & 4.95.

5.01 or so)

Hurricane..

If you put a limit order in for 5.00, most of the time it'll hit at
5.00, but as an FYI...these shares are flying so fast, it could buy at
some price very close like 4.99 or 5.01 or something like that and
with the other half of your question, as long as you have "All or
Nothing" with your order, you will not buy unless you can fill the
complete order..

Hope that helps...

It's the top volume stock today. There's a lot of people buying, and a
lot of people selling. I hope it settles down by tomorrow.
