But since Citadel received 20% doesn't that mean that there are more
shares outstanding and the shares have been diluted.  Additionally, we
cant calculate the price they paid per share unless you know the value
of the 12.5% bonds received by Citadel.  More then likely the 20%
stake in E-Trade was just a topping, right!?

"Okay, according to google finance, there are 423 million shares
outstanding.  20% of that is 86.6 million shares. "
