The sad fact is that Citadel Investments is one of those bottom
feeders that buys distressed companies or their assets. I fear this is a bad deal for ETrade (12.5% interest - Yikes!) and the shareholders (20% stock dilution). Given some time it might become an attractive merger or acquisition; but if not, then I'm afraid it's bye-bye. You must Sign in before you can post messages.
