They now have $2b additional liability on the BS, they have higher
then normal write-downs, they diluted shares. Stock was trading at $7.xx before any of this. On another note, why would anyone now pay a 50% premium to acquire them with thee stats if they could have done so before without the ucrrent news. sidharth.malho...@usd.edu wrote:
