Subject: Barry Diller Scores A Big One. A TV Deal
Barry Diller and The Interactive Team final score a big one offline.
This time in the form of a TV show. CollegeHumor the TV show is kind
of like the 'Office' and it will air on MTV in Q1. HArd to say this
isn't good news for the purchasing abilities of the IACI M&A team.

As a customer of their Service Magic subsidiary, I would strongly
advise you sell that batch quickly.
For starters, their revenues are drastically down this year, if
Service Magics ethics are any measure of the overall company (lending
tree, "Where banks compete for your business") I would suggest
shorting this stock before buy and hold.

Pitting your customers against each other is a sure way to lose those
customers.

Also, as a self employed small business, they took my business name
and advertised me online...one small problem...they put their number
with my name.

Several customers have had to hunt me down to complain that Service
Magic had attempted to send them to other Service Magic users when
they'd requested me.

This is the epitomy of sleaze, after a year of requesting they stop
stealing my name & business I have finally been in contact with an
attorney...and I am not the only one with this problem.

If this is standard practice for this corporation, I'd get out quick.

Compare the performance of their stock to the DOW...they have not
rebounded when the market has...this ship is sinking....just hope my
Attorney can get something before they hit bottom.

At these prices, it's a good buy, buying later on.

No chance for Google to buy this company.  I'm thinking a media
company will try to buy it if anything.
