I do NOT care what CC is; and I do NOT care how CC management stupid
is.
I am ONLY looking at one number: that is 11B revenue in the last year.
Now, the total market cap for CC is only 0.16B. I do not have 0.16B.
If I do have 0.16B, I will buy the whole company. Because as long as
the management is slightly smarter than monkeys, CC will turn 11B
revenue into profit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is management is not slightly smarter than monkeys.  They
laid off the most experienced staff the part that knew how to
sell.....now the tool boxes are in the aisles.  Someone should buy
them for a stand alone puporse for marketing say Walmart or SHLD for
the electronics section of Sears and KMarts.

By the way, Wall Street is actually crowded with stupid monkeys. YHOO
with 6B revenue a year is worth 45B.

Revenue is not an important number. any company can increase its
revenue, its increasing profits that is hard.   gm has revenues of 181
billion and there is a good chance they will be going bankrupt.  im
sure kmarts sales were over 11 billion when they went bankrupt

CC just needs to bring back commissions.  If they do that, they'll be
able to start hiring people up again.  Fill their floors with
experienced sales people who can sell, merchandise, etc.

CC is a very troubled company in a poor enironment for electronics
sales.  They do not have staff who can sell, much less sell profitable
items.  There are deep rooted managerial problems with this company
along with a consumer who does not have two gallons of gas to rub
together.  CC should be viewed as a value position because of the over
$1Billion it has in real estate.  I would like to see Sears buy the
company and place circuit cities inside their stores, while selling
off the excess real estate, but thats just me (a SHLD owner).  We will
see what happens, but my money is on a buyout before Dec 09.

The same things where said of oh sheesh how many other companies that
ended up filing bankruptcy. Bottom line if the giant don't make enough
to eat then the giant is dead eventually. 11 Billion dollar company
with less and less profit and negative growth is a company run by a
bunch of monkeys if they think they can last with out a really good
plan and so far there plans for years have tanked and now what is
their plan by the way?

Circuit City has brought back commissions. In many stores they have
brought back bonuses which are like commission, but they call it that,
they just call them incentives. Currently they have those bonuses for
TV, and are expanding it to the associates in computers too, but its a
little difficult in computers because there is no profit margin...
