Class action suit? I'm all for it. They have ignored my all of my
complaints. I wrote a three page letter, emailed it, faxed it, and they have ignored it for a week now. Site has been down repeatedly in the last month, when I've wanted to buy on dips and sell on rallies, especially this past Friday and Monday, I waited all last week for the Dow to break 8000 and dive in but no such luck. I've also had MANY other problems besides the site being down. I'd put it all here but it would be three pages. If you are considering TDA, don't. It's been four weeks of absolute b.s.
