Subject: Funds buying SIGA shares
http://www.mffais.com/siga.html

Why are funds buying SIGA now as apposed to earlier?

SIGA's ST-246 EMERGENCY use contract sizes look to be: $100 million
for one & from $232 million to as much as $428 million for a second,
that's just for the 1st couple U.S.advance stockpiling contracts
remember,  with an ever increasing hostile international terrorist
environment,  SIGA-246 will be in high demand by allied countries like
Israel,  England, Saudi Arabia, & France.   Remember Obama will be
tested too & Russia just announced pointing missiles towards Poland.
The democrats will secure ST-246 because they won't want to look weak
on defense while Obama is in office.

Monday November 10th 2008 all ears should be focused on the CC,  no
doubt more coverage will come from analysts after this CC & throughout
2009.

SIGA is certainly one of the top buys going into the year 2009.
This is the year of growth in terms of SIGA's share price.  Obviously
SIGA's recent $80 million was not priced in because of horrible
overall market conditions. This created a great entry price for taking
a position in the storied growth stock of 2009.
