Subject: SIGA value = over $22 a share soon
SIGA primarily creates new breakthrough anti-bacterial & anti-viral
agents. In anti-bacterial challenges, SIGA's new technology prevents
pathogens or bacteria from adhering to the mucus membrane where it can
replicate & cause infection. It doesn't actually kill the bacteria
but,  prevents it from colonizing & growing out of control. This
allows the immune system to naturally flush it out of the body. The
anti-bacterial product that is furthest along in development is a
vaccine for strep. It has gone through clinical trials under the
sponsorship of the NIH. SIGA had/has a license with Wyeth for one anti-
infective application of this technology.
SIGA's  anti-viral products are focused on Bioterrorism  & have met
with overwhelming success. SIGA's advanced stage of smallpox
treatment....ST-246....is very close to being approved for stockpiling
& is the only available drug for Emergency Use....having been
successfully used in one emergency already.   SIGA's success & sale of
ST-246 will allow the company to materially broaden it's product
portfolio on all fronts.  One needs only  to think about HIV, HEP-C &
other non Bioshield challenges that lend themselves to SIGA's
technology. The potential is unbelievable.....hundreds of billions of
dollars waiting for SIGA's solutions. While ST-246 will bring in mega-
dollars & help fund new research......don't get fooled into thinking
the party is over.  SIGA management has consistently said their
pipeline is more exciting than ST-246.  ST-246 is just the first step
in a long line of profitable & greatly needed new anti bacterial &
anti viral products.  Big Pharma's drug development has lagged the
world's need these past few years. They have made mega-bucks on their
products but their pipelines have dried up & they are in the market
for buying pipeline products from small, successful biotech companies.
Several have already partnered with or formed a relationship with
SIGA.....companies like:  Wyeth & Albermarle,  while other companies
are eyeing SIGA like AstraZenca,  Roche, GlaxoSmithKline & Merck.

SIGA has secured $79,618,000 in funding IN THE LAST MONTH for
development of it's front running drug ST-246 & 2 other  pipeline
drugs, ST-193 & Dengue,  all on the anti-viral side of SIGA's house.
Successful animal testing of either product will be seen as validation
of it's virus-specific high throughput screening assay technology.
SIGA will then be in even higher demand.
RNAI stock used to trade like SIGA's when Merck bought them in the
teens.  SIGA's got a proven platform while RNAI was a speculation buy
for Merck.  SIGA's pipeline, screening potential & list of disease
"candidates" is too big to go it alone. Yes, they may choose to grow
into a large cap Pharma but,  in some cases they will have to partner
to realize the new drug benefits in a timely manner. No matter what
direction they ultimately choose, SIGA's pipeline & technology will be
in GREAT demand very soon.

SIGA's ST-246 EMERGENCY use contract sizes look to be: $100 million
for one & from $232 million to as much as $428 million for a second,
that's just for the U.S.advance stockpiling contracts remember,  with
an ever increasing hostile international terrorist environment,
SIGA-246 will be in high demand by allied countries like Israel,
England, Saudi Arabia, & France.

SIGA has skillfully targeted unmet medical needs & specialty products,
which are key when going after cautious pharmaceutical partners.
SIGA's compounds are considered major advances in areas where no
effective therapy or treatment exists.  Big pharmaceutical companies
are targeting smaller companies to fill their vacant pipelines.....&
they are fat with cash!!!!  Experts say the new R&D business model has
larger companies forming more  alliances with smaller
biopharmaceutical & specialty companies even if in early stages of
drug development like SIGA.

You may just want to read this info:  http://jvi.asm.org/cgi/content/abstract/78/18/10202

See the part:  * Corresponding author. Present address: SIGA
Technologies, Inc., 4575 S.W. Research Way, Corvallis, OR 97333.

This is important information pointing out that SIGA has been working
on a civilian side & not just bio-defense.  SIGA used bio-defense
funding to get started applying viral & bacterial genomics &
sophisticated computational modeling in the design & development of
novel products for the prevention & treatment of serious infectious
diseases, with an emphasis on products for biological warfare defense
but,  also hiding the commercial side of all this.

Stonegate securities put out some info on this a while back....If you
remember,  they mentioned bio-defense was a stepping stone.
Interesting note: Wyeth-Ayerst has been working in this area
too....SIGA's friend from the anti-bacterial side of the SIGA house.

SIGA has been listed as one of the "Fastest Growing Biotechnology
Companies" on BNET just a reminder.

Rememebr in Physician Law Weekly November 17th, 2004 they mentioned
SIGA Technologies Inc. & it's HEP-C efforts?

SIGA Technologies Inc. = a whole lot more than ST-246 & the Advent
finacial share price target of $15 a share!
