Sell  I held my short @ $9 and the stock has finally broken down. With it's very poor financial position and earning power, the stock is trading so high because it is a highly speculative stock. Update on SIGA??  Anyone know why in the past two days why SIGA has taken a 10% nose dive? I heard that their results from the second qtr testing was positive and that the news was going to be coming out beginning of Sept.
