Most stocks rally a few days before earnings but this one has been
flat for over a week.Who thinks it will go down more? It seems that
they aren't able to stand on their own feet, they should have taken $26
a share
Hope they'll announce something better than The Street's -0.13 a share

IMO Earnings not really the most relevant part. The outlook is the
most important. Looks like a though couple of years ahead for TTWO in
terms of releases, does anyone have a good overview of the outlook for
TTWO?

Glancing at the numbers I'm rather surprised this thing hasn't dumped
5% since earnings.  Two games pushed into next gear, current quarter
is going to be awful, the gaming sector has been surprising people
lately and this would be a rare miss.  I wonder how much the takeover
speculator is inflating the stock price.

I agree. It certainly is surprising, rumors are the only thing holding
this stock up YTD. That and the recent Icanh reinforcement.

Icanh is a notorious pusher of restructuring and takeovers... so that
helped to reinforce the rumors.

Looking forward to following this stock, since there certainly is a
lot of potential for swing movements.

Looked at a more detailed earnings report, I guess TTWO is forecasting
a huge 500 million Q4 this year with earnings between 1.08 and 1.28.
Still seems quite premature to me, but maybe the longs are going for
it.

Apparently people are not worried about fundamentals or product line.
I am not surprised!!! Still i think the burn danger on this stock is
too high. I am waiting for a 15% drop and a few positive industry
numbers (games sales droped another 17% last month) before doing any
sort of investment on game related companies. Movies, TV and free
games are cheaper entertainment in this though economy.

I am happy to see a strong swing though, high volatility is always
good for traders ;)

I think Take Two's main titles are in the Rocky VI phase of their
lifetime.  Don't get too excited about this one...
