I don't think its "over priced" however, it sure got up there quickly,
I wouldn't be surprised if we see a mild correction down into the low/
mid 11's before it moves... but if it doesn't correct, I expect it
will keep moving up a good bit, things are looking pretty good for
CYD's future

I've been looking at this company for a while, just curious if anyone
thinks it's over-valued at $12 (near 52 week high).

The potential outweighs the risks for me in this company. It is the
only nyse listed company of its kind and the largest in China. Great
play on infrastracture construction in china

Have you guys looked at the book value of this Co? After converting
into dollars, I calculated the BV to be around $9.50. This stock is
really undervalued, and this doesn't even take into account the
earnings.

Any prediction as to when the problem will be fixed and the stock will
have a significant increase in value, say back to its middle of July,
07 levels? Thanks.

the problem with CYD is the financial structure of this company. The
real company that's called China Yucai inside china is doing very
well, while this CYD is a product of confusion and rush for
investment, which induced dispute on the control of the company
between a Singapore company and the chinese company. Until the problem
is fixed one better wait and see.

I agree...especially the skyrocketing automotive production in Chian,
as well as the fast industiralization of China will keep boosting
CYD's sales of engines, auto parts, and large industrial machines.
This is a very good company.

CYD has been overlooked by U.S. buyers due to limited international
exposure. If you read Chinese, input '玉柴集团' in google and you will
find it is a very solid company with exciting future.
