  Probably that the Chinese government suggested a cap on electrical &lt;br&gt; rates that HNP can charge, but coal prices have moved up due to &lt;br&gt; shortages, therefore a margin squeeze for HNP. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Guess we&#39;ll see how it all plays out...not exactly the most &lt;br&gt; predictable situation.

I&#39;m in at 29.75. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I consider this a long term buy, which will suffer large intermediate- &lt;br&gt; term price swings. &lt;br&gt; HNP is now about 5% of my portfolio value. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;If HNP drops to the low 20&#39;s on no bad news, I will consider buying &lt;br&gt; more shares.
