I think hnp should be out off slump very soon. it has been said that
the production has resumed back to norm after the winter storm in china. also, couple of ACH's factories have resumed to normal production after electric shortage. I personally own HNP. also, inflation in china last year is 7.1%, it has to reflect on the electric price as well. it is stupid and not practical to peg the electric price. government should come up with some adjustment very soon since winter is about over. please share your opinions.
