I have not commented as to my true beliefs regarding Cramer's double
bashing of Crystallex (KRY) -- in favor of Yamana (NYSE: AUY, TSE: YRI)
or about the unusual reporting regarding Crystallex coming from
Venezuela. But something happened today at exactly 1:19pm that stinks
to high heaven and demands immediate investigation by the SEC of this
whole affair.

At precisely the moment that a Dow Jones headline crossed the wires
regarding a dubious and unsubstantiated comment about Venezuela
"eying nationalization of mining", my real-time ticker stopped for
the TSE and AMEX, but not for the NYSE and Nasdaq.

So while I was thinking that KRY was trading relatively strongly today,
I was jammed with enquiries as to the dramatic sell-off in KRY shares.
I took the following real-time screenshots as soon as I saw on a
different monitor that KRY had indeed collapsed.

To the very minute! This is a complete and utter joke.

According to the company, "nothing has changed with our position or
expectations. DowJones ran a headline and as soon as it hit, the stock
sold off:

The following story then came out about 15 minutes after the
headline:"

RIO DE JANEIRO (Dow Jones)--Venezuela, in addition to planning the
nationalization of other key sectors of the economy, eyes the
nationalization of the mining industry, the country's foreign minister
said Thursday.
"The basic industries of minerals should be in the hands of the
national state," Foreign Minister Nicholas Maduro said. He spoke at the
sidelines of a summit of leaders of the Common Market of the South, or
Mercosur trade block, taking place here Thursday and Friday.
Maduro, however, didn't elaborate on the issue of nationalizing the
mining industry.
A number of Canadian, U.S. and Brazilian mining companies are operating
in Venezuela.

Aside from that...someone was trying to fill a 3,500,000 share order at
that exact second...this is the reason there was a delay on the
pricing.  You guys should know this!

Funny how someone who has such a distaste for the company, stock,
Venezuela and basically everything to do with KRY was watching it so
diligently.  However, thanks for the recap, it is indeed useful.

cramer is a weasel, dont listen to anything he says, he goes back and
forth on the same stock in a short period of time all the time. I have
been following him for years he is a worthless weasel. his reasoning
for selling KRY was that chavez is a communist, well wasnt he a
communist when he reccomended buying KRYover and over?

I'm beginning to agree with you, galexr.
Why I listen to him I don't know... whenever he gives a buy, the stock
jumps 5%, whenever he gives a sell, it sells 10%.  He could make a ton
of money by just buying stock, going on tv and recommending it, and
then sell it the next day.  Not a good way to make money if you ask me.
His reasoning for selling KRY is crazy - Hugo is just as communist as
he was 6 months ago.

While I don't think he's always right.  He does provide a lot of good
information about the stock market in general and provides me with
fodder for research.  Buying or selling on one person's opinion is
always a bad idea.

As to possible stock manipulation:
The only stock he owns for himself is TheStreet.com
The rest is in a charitable fund.  He gets nothing out of it.  And you
can see what he buys/sells if you sign up for Active Alerts newsletter.
He must hold all stocks for at least a month
He can't buy or sell any stock in the fund if he's spoken about it on
his show w/in 3 days

There are other stipulations but my mind is foggy right now.

Keep the good comments coming.  It's helping me ease my pain here on
KRY.

I'm really wishing I had sold out about half my holdings when we were
above 3.70 so I could buy back here below 3.  As it is I'm getting
really nervous with this holding.

What is it with you and the boot licker comments?  I've read through
tons of your posts and seriously, why be such an A-hole?  If you have
insight as to what Chavez is thinking, or how politics worn in VZ,
everyone would love to hear it.  But why be so confrontational?

Everyone here has interest in the stock.  All comments pro or negative
on the stock are welcome.  But no one wants or cares for your
nonsensical BS.  Chavez is a nut-case.  Chavez will do what he pleases.
 If that's good or bad for KRY no-one knows yet.  Is he manipulating
the market? Probibly.  I'm not investing because I like him, or because
I hate him.  I'm investing in KRY because I think I can make some $$.
Just like everyone else who's holding KRY, we think eventually they
will get the green light.  Even if they only get part of what they
originally projected it's still a ton of gold and a ton of profits.

Anyhow, back to the stock: It's up 4%!!!  Now I really wish I had sold
higher so I had room to buy back yesterday... Oh well.

Well, after being called More than a few racist names.  I responded.

However back to the subject.  I believe that there are some underhanded
things going on in regard to this stock.  It is being manipulated.
Cara now agrees with me.

I haven't found anything remotely valuable except links to relevant
