The tech perspective is that the Quartell slant, being 45 deg.
downward over a week period, indicates the theta/lambda inverse for the near future. Although the beta, being a low .29 shows non- modifiability in the near term, the inversed ratio of the current growth/decline would temper any flexibility in the P/E and possibly undermine its value.
