too bad the author got scared & gave away his domain name.

you know eBay have always do illegal things(such as threat,suspend,
and lie) its users.
many & many eBay users are sick of cut and paste dummy email responses
to inquiries, uneducated staff on eBay Live Help, conflicting
policies, blind suspensions, selling format bugs, dirty tricks, PayPal
mafia, Google Checkout banning, fraud, phishing scams, and the list
can go on and on

Most importantly, is to understand that your success on eBay is
temporary. Once they decide to pull your plug, it's a slow death.

My personal opinion: Use the same strategy when you deal with ebay
