Once you total all the fees (listing+closing+???) you'll see that it's
more expensive for most sellers. First and foremost, I'm a buyer. Good
deals are getting harder to find (I check every now and then). The
sellers (the one's that are staying) pad their auctions with the extra
charges. Ultimately, who will pay for the increase? The buyers.

Paypal is great for buyers. But sellers are gouged another 3% I
believe.
