Subject: What's happening with C??? Why no sustainable growth??
Hello everybody...
I've been reading everybody's posting the last couple of months.... And notice that some predictions and assumptions were correct.... Just wanted to ask if anybody knows why C is not moving up, or showing some kind of growth in the last month or so.....?? Thanx. You must Sign in before you can post messages.

The latest outstanding shares are 22.68B shares with market cap of
$96B,up from 5.5B shares 6 months ago Look like c is holding steady despite the release of new common shares (from conversion of the preferred shares) This probably explains why it is not following the uptrend in the broad market.Should be happy that there is no big drop in stock price with such a big number of new common shares in the market. I believe C will move up in the near future with $5-$5.50 being the target once all the conversion is done(total shares should be around 25B shares) My 2 cents On Nov 23, 8:02 am, cesar vasquez <cesar2...@gmail.com> wrote:

As long as the govt. owns 33% of the company it's goin' to trade
between $4 and $5. On Nov 23, 2:25 am, cj <drcjc...@gmail.com> wrote:

It is not really the govt stake that matters.Thats is the excuse used
by the manipulators. C has gone up as high as $5.40 just about 2 months ago even with the same amount of govt ownership and in fact, poorer economic environment. The manipulators pushed it up and took profit before sending it back to $3.80.Did they mention anything about govt stake when they pushed it up to $5.40?Just like the way they pumped AIG to $55 back then...... Nothing can stop them from pushing it back to $5 again, only if they want to..... On Nov 23, 7:57 pm, pop <matthew.arth...@googlemail.com> wrote:

C will approach $5 (and yes, perhaps pass $5) again during earnings,
but then it will dip back down to between $4 and $5. This will be the case until the govt. sells its shares. Very simple. On Nov 23, 7:41 am, cj <drcjc...@gmail.com> wrote:

I've been watching c for the past two quarters and I consider it one
of the most predictable stocks out there; that's why I like it. It has a solid support level between $3.80 and $4.20. Very little down-side at this point. And with govt. ownership at 33%, the price will be suppressed, giving me ample time to trade it several times before going long. I love this stock. On Nov 23, 8:10 am, cj <drcjc...@gmail.com> wrote:

After a great run up this year, let Citi catch it's breath. With all
the drama swirling around this company, it's worth the price of admission. On Nov 22, 7:02 pm, cesar vasquez <cesar2...@gmail.com> wrote:
