Subject: Q1 Filing
When are they going to release their Q1 earnings report??? They should
have it filed right about now.

They should have a better than expected earnings.

The problem here is not their first quarter earnings its the fact they
have no longterm financing. JP MORGAN, WELLS FARGO have given them 3
extensions so far and they cannot meet their payment schedule. NOw
they have a class action lawsuit on the old mold issue. The new line
up they brought out is a cheaper version of the old one and management
in this company is not a good one. Keep buyimg this one and hope and
pray......but........

There have been two schedules of payment that the company have not
met. To say that they CANNOT meet their payment schedule is both
inaccurate and premature. If you are new to investing please read
around, you may find that there are a lot of companies that have
defaulted in their payments, have been given extensions, and have came
out swinging. As to the issue of long term financing, read the last
pr. The company is in negotiations with current lenders to address
that. The extensions have expired now as it is only up to the 18th, so
far we haven't heard anything regarding this issue. I could only take
that as a good sign, expecting good news once they release their
report. Otherwise, a bad outcome from that would have gone out already
and you would have already seen SCSS stores placing going out of
business signs.

I cannot comment to the new litigation regarding the mold issue. But I
find SCSS's reasons more logical. It's a furniture problem not
specific to their product. I don't think their beds develop more molds
than others.

Visit a Select Comfort Store and they would tell you that their sales
have tremendously leaped this first quarter.
