When are they going to release their Q1 earnings report??? They should

The problem here is not their first quarter earnings its the fact they
have no longterm financing. JP MORGAN, WELLS FARGO have given them 3 extensions so far and they cannot meet their payment schedule. NOw they have a class action lawsuit on the old mold issue. The new line up they brought out is a cheaper version of the old one and management in this company is not a good one. Keep buyimg this one and hope and pray......but........ There have been two schedules of payment that the company have not
met. To say that they CANNOT meet their payment schedule is both inaccurate and premature. If you are new to investing please read around, you may find that there are a lot of companies that have defaulted in their payments, have been given extensions, and have came out swinging. As to the issue of long term financing, read the last pr. The company is in negotiations with current lenders to address that. The extensions have expired now as it is only up to the 18th, so far we haven't heard anything regarding this issue. I could only take that as a good sign, expecting good news once they release their report. Otherwise, a bad outcome from that would have gone out already and you would have already seen SCSS stores placing going out of business signs. I cannot comment to the new litigation regarding the mold issue. But I
