How is this not trading higher?!!
The market cap is less than $400m and the contract below with the
modification is for over $200m.

Force Protection, Inc.(NASDAQ:FRPT) won an additional $56.3 million
from the Marine Corps Systems Command on a contract modification. The
company will provide independent suspension upgrade kits on
approximately 545 additional Cougar vehicles, with work to be
completed prior to December 31, 2009. The modification is to an order
announced April 9, 2009 for about $158 million to upgrade around 1,500
Cougar vehicles.

I predicted it would bounce...it did...like a dead cat. Hard to
believe this isn't a lot higher. It is one of the most undervalued
stocks in the market. I can't figure out what is keeping it down. It
was undervalued even before it dropped.
