Read this US is blocking it. What Minsheng Bank need to do is go to
big brother and state "We no longer are going to buy Fed Notes US."
This is wrong the US should allow this and save US tax payers 1.7
Billion Dollars. WHY CAN CHINA BUY FED NOTES AND NOT A BANK?

I was able to buy it yesterday to close a short for 8.5 cents, I think
it may be defaulting to a price on an exchange where it doesn't
trade..
check your account and wait for the open if you have to get out of
it..

It is pretty much bankrupt... I bought my short back at 8.5 cents..
You seem to get a high interest rate on the shares but you are better
off selling
