I bought about 1000 stocks around12.2 dollars. Not sure if I did the
right thing. One thing that worries me is when the merger actually
happens the number of stocks is doubled and that is like splitting the
stocks so the stock price may actually go down to 6 bucks(assuming the
stock remains at 12 dollars). All the shareholders will get 4.9
dollars per head so I still end up loosing a dollar per share.

Did I get my calculations right? Does anyone have any comments on
this?
