According to google finance, there are 39 securities that with a
market cap of 100B> that have price performance data for the 13wk,
26wk, and 52wk time periods. Of the 39, only XOM is negative for both
the 13wk & 26wk periods.

How's that for a stat, huh?!?

oil stocks and the market tend to go up when oil prices go up. XOM
goes up the least because it is the least leverage. OXY and COP should
go up more because they have more leverage. BP should also go up more
than XOM and has a nice dividend.
