This stock is incredibly undervalued. It's selling for less than 25%
of it's cash net of all liabilities, not to mention its incredibly
valuable 69.9% ownership of QXM, who's market value is over $100 M
(which is also selling for less than its cash net liabilities) and not
including the value of its core businesses.

I think people are missing the market share aspect and revenue
growth.
Unfortunately when you deal with Chinese companies, you tend to get
some vague expenses. But their Market position seems to have
consistently improved. The fact that they mentioned the "other
expenses" it in the report shows is often a subtle way of saying

Two comments:
1. Positive: Yes, I strongly agree that QXM (Xing holds more than 90%
of QXM's shares) or CECT has its unique approach about its new product
designs. The great example can be CECT W100, a new GSM watch

How ignorant can some people be? How can the say the company reported
a .34 cent decrease? Most probably the confusion about this is
because
the company reports their numbers in another currency CHINESE "RMB"
and when translate that into "US$" they put parenthesis to the number
to denote the change in currency NOT A NEGATIVE.
