Very Bullish morning, not the price but over 1,000,000 share traded in
the first hour with upward momentum, and breaking above the $4.31
level of the last rally in Sept.  Look for short covering throughout
the day on any pullbacks, resulting to the highest volume day in a
month.

Also in my opinion IBM wants to go with UTSI because UTSI is very
price competitive, has rather large footprint in high growth markets
and has very good technology.  IBM analyzes partners and selects
partners according to such a criteria's I believe.

Go Long, Go Strong,
Huge Buy on UTSI!

Their errors have REALLY straightened out by now,  so the only way
this stock can go is up. BUY now and you will make a pile of money!
